Terms of Sale and End-User Licence Agreement

Draft of 7 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use a ReliaEn licence. These terms are the agreement between you (the licensee named on the licence) and the seller in section 1.

1. The seller

The seller is ReliaEn, Bangkok, Thailand (sales@reliaen.com). The seller’s legal identity is stated on every quotation and invoice.

2. What you buy

You buy a licence to use ReliaEn. You do not buy the software. A licence is for one computer and one year. The seller issues the licence file for the machine code of that computer and registers the licence to that computer in the seller’s licence register. The licence opens every ReliaEn module. The Pricing page lists the modules that every licence includes.

3. Ordering and payment

  • The seller gives prices in a written quotation. The quotation states the licensee, the number of computers, the licence term, the price, the currency and the taxes.
  • The seller accepts your order when you confirm the quotation in writing and pay the price.
  • After payment, you send the machine code of each computer. You then receive one licence file for each computer.

4. The licence

  • You may use ReliaEn only on the computer that is registered for the licence. You may use ReliaEn for your own business, by your own staff.
  • You may not use the licence on another computer. You may not share, lend, resell or transfer the licence to another person or company.
  • A virtual machine counts as a computer. Copying or cloning a licensed virtual machine is a breach of these terms.
  • You may not work around or alter the licence check of ReliaEn.

5. Term, expiry and renewal

  • A licence runs for one year from its issue date. ReliaEn reminds you 30 days before the licence expires.
  • After the expiry date, ReliaEn works for 7 more days. Then ReliaEn opens in read-only mode until you install a renewed licence file. Your files stay yours and stay readable.
  • A renewal is a new licence file for the same registered computer, at the price of a new quotation.

6. Hardware changes and transfers

  • A licence stays valid when one part of the computer changes, if at least 2 of the 3 hardware identifiers match. If only one hardware identifier matches, ReliaEn runs for 14 days. Request a transfer during these 14 days.
  • A transfer to another computer is possible only through ReliaEn licence support. Write to license@reliaen.com with the order number, the old and the new machine code and the reason. The seller issues a new licence file for the remaining term and updates the register within 1 business day.
  • You must remove the licence file from the old computer. Use of ReliaEn on the old computer after a transfer is a breach of these terms.
  • One transfer in each licence year is included. The seller grants further transfers for hardware failure or replacement, with a stated reason, at the seller’s discretion. The seller can refuse a transfer that would share one licence between computers.

7. Updates

Your licence includes the updates that the seller releases while the licence is valid. These updates install from inside ReliaEn. A new major version (2.0 and later) needs a licence file issued for that version. An annual renewal in force covers the new major version, with no separate purchase.

8. Trial

A trial licence is free. A trial licence runs for 30 days, with all modules. Each computer and each company can have one trial licence. A trial licence cannot be transferred. The trial ends without a charge.

9. Intellectual property

ReliaEn is licensed, not sold. The software and the documentation remain the property of the seller under copyright. You may keep one backup copy for archives. You may not copy ReliaEn beyond the copies that its use and that backup copy need. You may not reverse-engineer ReliaEn, except as the law expressly allows.

10. Support

While your licence is valid, the seller gives support by e-mail on Thai business days. Licence matters go to license@reliaen.com. Purchases and help go to sales@reliaen.com.

11. Your data

Your projects and maintenance data stay on your computers and your own servers. The seller does not receive this data. If you select a cloud provider for AI Support, your own agreement with that provider applies.

12. Engineering results

ReliaEn calculates from the data and settings that you give. You remain responsible for checking the inputs and the results. You remain responsible for the engineering, maintenance and safety decisions that you make with these results.

13. Warranty

The seller supplies ReliaEn “as is”. The seller gives no promises beyond the promises that the law requires and that this document states. The Refund Policy applies to your first annual purchase.

14. Limitation of liability

  • The total liability of the seller for any claim connected with ReliaEn has a limit. The limit is the amount that you paid for the licence concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
  • The seller is not liable for loss of profit, production, data or business. The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Thai law does not allow a contract to limit. Examples are liability for wilful misconduct and liability for gross negligence.

15. Termination

  • The seller may terminate a licence if you breach section 4, section 6 or section 9.
  • On termination, you stop using ReliaEn and delete the licence file.
  • The seller does not refund a licence that is terminated for a breach.

16. Refund

The Refund Policy applies. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first annual purchase. The seller does not refund renewals, transfers or later purchases.

17. Changes to these terms

New terms apply to new orders and renewals from the date of publication. A licence that you already paid keeps the terms that applied when you bought the licence.

18. Law and courts

The laws of Thailand govern these terms. The competent courts of Thailand decide disputes.
